POLICY
In line with the Mission of Prestige Health and Beauty Sciences Academy to provide each and every student
with the ability to achieve his or her dream of a career in the health or spa and beauty industry, the
Governing Board developed a policy to assist speakers of foreign languages acquire the knowledge, skills and
necessary certifications for their chosen health or spa and beauty industry profession simultaneously with
studying English as a Second Language at the school.
Under this policy any student enrolled in Basic or Advanced English as a Second Language Program is entitled
to simultaneously enroll in any non‐Title IV program at the school at 50% (fifty percent) discount from the
full cost of the chosen Program.
Procedure:
- Applicant enrolls into English as a Second Language Program, which is considered a Primary Program.
- If desired the applicant may enroll into any available non‐Title IY programs at 50% discounted cost.
This will be considered a Secondary Program. Student must sign an Addendum to the Secondary Program’s
Enrollment Agreement acknowledging and agreeing to the following conditions: - Student is entitled to 50% discount for the secondary program only with successful completion
and graduation from the primary English as a Second Language Program – Basic or Advance. - Credentials such as diploma and licensure certification will be issued together with the
graduation papers for the completion of the Primary Program. - Should the student decide to withdraw from the Primary Program prior to completion, the Cost for
the Secondary Program will revert to full cost.
